Job Title: HOA Lifestyle Director

Seabreeze Management Company is a leading property management firm with a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HOA Lifestyle Director to join our team.

Job Summary:

The HOA Lifestyle Director is responsible for managing resident programs, including recreational, social, cultural, travel, and entertainment activities designed to enhance the quality of life and vibrancy of the community. This role involves program development, facility scheduling, administration of chartered clubs, and overall program promotion and publicity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement resident programs, classes, and special community-wide events.
  • Assist members, chartered clubs, and community organizations in scheduling Association facilities, including program and room requirements, coordination with other Association departments, and arrangements for fee collection.
  • Oversee the operation of the activity registration desk and/or retail counter, ensuring adequate staffing, policy implementation, and administration.
  • Develop and distribute the Association newsletter, website, and other lifestyle public relations and marketing publications.
  • Work with residents to establish chartered clubs, providing assistance in the application process, facility space assignment, program development, and promotion.
  • Develop an active volunteer program among residents, providing promotion and recognition.
Requirements:
  • Junior College level skills in math, business English, vocabulary, communications, and writing.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in coordinating and promoting recreational activities and programs, volunteer programs, and/or fund-raising events.
  • A degree in recreation, hospitality, or communication fields preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with employees and clients at all levels of the organization.
