About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Schenectady Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor residents' progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of New York
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records

What We Offer:

  • $70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
