Court Administrator Director

The Court Administrator Director will oversee the administration of the Court of Common Pleas and minor judiciary in Jefferson County. This role involves supporting the President Judge and District Court Administrator in managing court operations, supervising staff, and coordinating human resources activities.

• Scheduling civil court activities and managing case flow
• Managing the law library and publications for Judges, PD, DA, MDJs, and the public
• Overseeing the court recorder's office, including transcript requests and quarterly reports
• Coordinating human resources activities, staff management, and report preparation

• Bachelor's degree in Judicial, Business, Public Administration, or a closely related field
