Mobile Support Professional

The Richmond Behavioral Health Authority is seeking a PRN Mobile Support Professional to provide direct care and services to clients in their living environment. This role involves assessing client needs, providing access to necessary services, and advocating for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and crisis stabilization services to adults and children in their living environment.
- Assist individuals and their caregivers with daily activities, scheduling, and meeting treatment goals.
- Provide coverage as needed in the REACH Crisis Therapeutic Homes.
- Maintain relationships with community partners and recommend services as needed.
- Participate in required meetings with team members and supervisors.
- Collect and enter program data, prepare client documentation, and maintain case records.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- QMHP-A and C certification required.
- Moderate experience in intellectual disability, developmental disability, or mental health.
- Valid driver's license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
