Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team at Providence RN. As a key member of our Caregiver Health Services team, you will play a vital role in promoting optimal health and well-being for our caregivers.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $83,328 and $128,530, based on experience and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, time off benefits, and more.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical caregiver health services, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements, and participating as an integral team member with colleagues from Infection Prevention, Absence and Disability Management, Workers' Compensation, and Well-being.
You will perform all duties in a manner that promotes our mission, values, and philosophy, serving as a role model for the values and mission of the organization and promotion of integration of services with a culture of health and safety.
Required qualifications include an Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire, National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire, and one year of experience as an RN in an acute hospital setting or similar nursing experience.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, six months of experience in an Employee/Occupational Health setting, and six months of experience with computer databases and systems, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, OHM.
