Position Overview:
We are actively seeking an Automotive Repair Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in body repair.
The ideal candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for automotive repair and possess robust technical skills to execute repairs effectively and precisely.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute body repair tasks efficiently and accurately in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
2. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of vehicle damage and formulate repair strategies accordingly.
3. Repair and replace damaged body components, including panels, frames, and structural elements.
4. Utilize various tools and equipment to carry out welding, dent repair, sanding, and painting activities.
5. Ensure high-quality workmanship and meticulous attention to detail in all repair tasks.
6. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project timelines and surpass customer expectations.
7. Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collision Auto Body Technician.
2. Proficiency in body repair methods, including welding, dent repair, and panel replacement.
3. Strong comprehension of automotive repair processes and industry standards.
4. Ability to effectively utilize a variety of hand and power tools.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
7. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
8. Certification from a recognized auto body repair program is advantageous.
