- Food Preparation and Presentation: Season and prepare food items according to customer specifications and preset recipes, ensuring that all food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the snack bar, adhering to all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering food preparation questions, recording member/guest selections, and upselling where possible.
- Point-of-Sale Operations: Process sales through the Point-of-Sale system, maintaining accurate records and balancing the register at the end of each shift.
- Inventory Management: Maintain attractive food displays, clean tables, counters, dishes, chairs, floors, and equipment, ensuring sufficient levels of inventory in storage rooms and refrigerators.
- Food Service Experience: Previous cooking experience is highly recommended.
- Food Handlers Card: Must possess a valid Food Handlers Card.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of Food Service Regulations: Knowledge of applicable liquor laws, procedures, and policies, as well as proper food preparation, storage, and sanitation requirements.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work in a team setting, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule, perform multiple tasks, and prioritize efficiently.
