Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will leverage your leadership abilities to guide a team of 2-5 members. Your role will involve ensuring that tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality benchmarks. Our crew leaders manage teams across various service lines, including routine maintenance, landscape setup, and additional services such as irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Performance & Quality:
    • Supervising daily site activities and assigning tasks to crew members
    • Maintaining schedules and ensuring service standards are upheld
    • Identifying and implementing more efficient work methods
  • Client Relations:
    • Addressing client concerns with the Production Manager and assisting in resolving issues
  • Crew Development:
    • Providing feedback on crew performance to the Production Manager
    • Supporting the Production Manager in training and developing crew members
    • Submitting accurate crew time reports
  • Safety Protocols:
    • Ensuring all crew members adhere to safety practices and company policies
    • Verifying that equipment is well-maintained and undergoes necessary preventative care
    • Documenting equipment usage and maintenance schedules

  • Relevant experience in a landscaping or related field
