Job Title: Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development of internal software tools that will support our growing government advisory business.

Job Summary

The Product Manager will be responsible for translating our consulting processes into easy-to-use tools for our internal teams. This role requires a strong understanding of software development, UX/UI design, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a 3-6 month product roadmap
  • Manage 1-2 software engineers
  • Maintain a development backlog for asynchronous engineers
  • Set and track metrics to validate the products usefulness
  • Instruct internal users how to integrate your software solutions into their workflows
  • Adapt to evolving business challenges and constantly seek out opportunities for software to enhance Dcode's operations
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience with UX/UI design
  • Experience in government consulting / advisory services
  • Experience designing software around services
  • Exposure to product management, software development, or user research
  • A keen ability to listen to software users and discern needs
  • Proven problem-solving, self-management, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A desire and ability to work in an environment that is welcoming, open, transparent, curious, collaborative, fast, challenging, results-driven, and fun
  • Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance
