Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers as they enter the store, answer phone calls, and ensure each customer receives amazing service that follows our Helpful Customer Service behaviors and mystery shop standards.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Perform all tasks in the store, including cashiering, product placement, receiving of merchandise, processing shipments, and store stocking.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain the good working condition of store equipment, ensure end-caps, dump bins, and feature displays are properly merchandised and maintained, and maintain an orderly appearance of the register area.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements, and work with management to develop and execute ideas and activities to increase store traffic.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and maintain all cash at registers.
Requirements
  • Ability to combine amazing customer service with strong sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with management and other team members.
