About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Wine and Spirits Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stock room, and other areas.
  • Assist with stocking and maintaining inventory levels, and communicate any inventory issues to leadership.
  • Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to become familiar with Total Wine & More's products.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience using technology applicable to the position, such as point-of-sale systems.
  • 1-year cash handling or sales experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
