About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and receive inventory shipments, ensuring accurate and efficient stocking of merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including aisles, stockrooms, and sales floors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
  • Participate in inventory management and control processes, including cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and display maintenance, ensuring that our stores look their best at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining store equipment and facilities.
Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or inventory management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
