About the Role

This is a critical position within the North American Container (NAC) organization, reporting directly to the NAC CRM Product Owner. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and leveraging the full potential of the CRM platform to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of regular updates to NAC leadership on the strategic vision, project progress, user adoption, and overall business results related to the CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure the CRM system meets the needs of the International Paper (IP) NAC organization and aligns with business objectives.
  • Set up new users and manage user accounts, including user access and permissions, to ensure an efficient and secure CRM environment.
  • Provide continuous support to CRM users, ensuring issues are promptly addressed and that users are fully equipped to leverage the CRM's capabilities.
  • Centrally track and manage the adoption and oversight of user access, security, and permissions within the CRM.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of CRM administration experience, preferably with Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard business practices, products, and services, and CRM processes.
