As a leader, you will foster collaboration while effectively partnering with all project stakeholders. The selected individual will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
  • Oversee accounting operations and methodologies.
  • Administer and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Evaluate and authorize journal entries.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the formulation of budgets and financial projections.
  • Compile tax documentation.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior personnel.
  • Lead discussions with clients.
  • Establish and enforce financial controls.
  • Examine financial data and generate reports for the Partners.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to guarantee financial precision and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with regulatory bodies regarding client tax notifications.
  • Review and amend financial statements and general ledgers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with AgilLink.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Background in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Competent in managing and recording Brokerage accounts.
  • Adept at working with intricate financial data and conducting data analysis.
  • Knowledgeable in financial statement preparation and scrutiny.
  • Familiar with compliance regulations and financial reporting standards.
  • Capable of preparing client meeting materials.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to stakeholders.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of four years in accounting and business management.
  • BSc/BA in business management, accounting, finance, or a related field; MSc/MA, CFP, and/or CPA is advantageous.
  • Extensive familiarity with CCH systems.
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Entity Income Taxation.
  • Advanced understanding of Individual Income Taxation.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes.
  • Experience in the entertainment sector is a plus.
