  • 10+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Experience in the construction/manufacturing/architecture space.
  • Experince creating proposals.


Summary of Position:

The Director of Marketing will lead the development of marketing strategies, proposals, and presentation materials by collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to highlight the company’s differentiators. It also includes overseeing the performance and growth of the marketing department, ensuring a client-first, service-oriented culture, and improving marketing products and processes. The position requires managing photography, branding efforts, and collaborating with PR/communications to enhance the company's corporate image and marketing impact.


Position Description:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team and project stakeholders to create compelling, differentiator-based strategies, proposals, and qualifications packages for all pursuits.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of interviews and presentations by coaching the team on client-specific communication and project insights, and conduct rehearsals as needed.
  • Write and curate marketing content that captures the company's essence, working closely with the operations team to craft key messages.
  • Review, edit, and refine materials developed by others to ensure alignment with brand standards before publication.
  • Manage the Marketing Team, fostering a client-centric, service-oriented culture focused on enthusiasm and responsiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the Marketing Department, enhancing both products and processes.
  • Provide performance coaching and conduct formal reviews to support the ongoing development of marketing team members.
  • Repurpose content created for marketing pursuits to expand its use across various platforms, including contributions to the company website in partnership with PR/Communications.
  • Oversee the photography process to ensure high-quality visual content that aligns with the company’s brand.
  • Partner with PR/Communications to execute and manage corporate branding initiatives, ensuring a consistent brand image across all marketing materials.
  • Strengthen the company's brand presence with each marketing deliverable by leveraging and extending branding efforts.
  • In collaboration with the communications team, develop marketing strategies and communication plans for vertical markets that align with the corporate strategy.
