Senior Administrative Professional

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Professional to support Senior Leadership for the United States Space Force (USSF), Space Systems Command (SSC) Command Staff.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior leaders, including planning, coordinating, and executing international partner visits, key leader engagements, and conferences. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate international partner visits, key leader engagements, and conferences, including preparing senior leader products, interacting with points of contact, and coordinating logistics.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, meeting presentations, meeting minutes, and action items to key stakeholders.
- Manage strategic calendars to implement operating rhythms for the organization and ensure proper preparation for SSC/IA personnel.
- Draft and disseminate international partner and key leader engagements calendar invitations.
- Receive, control, and manage Task Management Tool (TMT) taskers internal and external to SSC/IA requiring action or coordination.
- Review all completed products for format, quality, and completeness, and utilize critical thinking to ensure tasked requirements are accomplished for government review.
- Conduct trip planning and associated administrative support tasks for SSC/IA Leadership, including securing travel arrangements, identifying dress requirements, creating an escort plan, and gathering and documenting POC phone and email addresses.
- An active Secret security clearance is required.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years demonstrated experience in a related field.
- Strong writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work closely with teammates and customers across internal and external organizations.
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy.
- Experienced utilizing Microsoft tools.
- Must have experience using TMT.
The successful candidate will be able to lift in excess of 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, travel across base regularly, and transport equipment.
