Insurance Sales Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Fred Loya Insurance, you will be responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, and servicing existing policies. You will also be involved in marketing initiatives for new business development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
- Answer questions regarding customers' policies
- Accept payments and process transactions
- Identify potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
- Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
- Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development
- Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
- Perform FNOLs (vehicle inspections)
- Take vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
- Bank run deposits
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be 18 years old
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus or required (depends on regional needs)
- Business professional attire
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Full time employment
- Pass State Licensing Requirements
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Goal oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to approach potential clients and offer our services
- Must be assertive and ability to provide a first-rate experience for our customers
