Key Responsibilities

As a Behavior Technician, you will collaborate with a skilled team of Behavior Analysts and fellow Technicians to deliver individualized support to children with autism in an engaging and nurturing setting. Our Behavior Analysts will guide you through regular supervision to ensure the highest quality of therapy.

  • Implement tailored ABA interventions to assist children in developing communication, social skills, and independence.
  • Adhere to behavior intervention plans aimed at promoting positive behaviors while minimizing challenging behaviors.
  • Gather and analyze data to track progress and ensure the achievement of each child's objectives.
  • Exhibit a willingness to receive guidance and constructive feedback from Behavior Analysts.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • RBT certification is preferred; however, training will be provided for suitable candidates.
  • Successful completion of RBT certification is required post-training.
