- Technical Lead: Perform technical lead duties, including resource and capacity planning, architecture and system design, driving improvements in software engineering practices, and providing technical guidance.
- Remove Blockers and Impediments: Identify and remove blockers and impediments to enable the team to successfully complete work.
- Estimate and Define Project Scopes: Facilitate estimates of project requests, define project scopes, and set delivery schedules and timelines to successfully deliver applications and solutions on time and on budget.
- Mentor and Coach: Mentor developers and perform code reviews on a regular basis, providing coaching and support for career growth and development.
- Collaboration: Work with other Development Managers, Architects, Software Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to solve complex business problems.
- 8+ years of hands-on Software Engineering experience, with 2+ years of leadership experience working as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, Development Manager, or similar role.
- Experience with various software architectures, including service-oriented architecture, message-driven architecture, event-driven architecture, microservices, etc.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack web applications.
- Backend development experience with any combination of the following: C#,.NET Framework,.NET Core, Nest.js, Web API, RESTful API, SOAP, GraphQL, Open API, SQL, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, or similar.
- Front-End development experience with any combination of the following: JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, React, Vue.js.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms and technologies.
- Hands-On experience with CI/CD and DevOps.
- Experience in an automated testing environment.
- Experience with Python and familiarity with AI and Machine Learning toolkits.
