Job Title: Mental Health Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse Specialist to join our team at Greenlife Healthcare Staffing. As a Mental Health Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an inpatient psychiatric unit. Your expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating psychiatric problems will be invaluable to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose psychiatric problems in patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Provide psychotherapy services and personal care to patients
  • Collaborate with families, doctors, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Administer medications as prescribed by doctors

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in an inpatient psychiatric unit
  • Must be a graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency
  • Must have an unrestricted registered nurse license from any state (United States)
