Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with mental health needs and co-occurring chemical dependency disorders in the Emergency Room.
* Document face-to-face assessments and care in patients' permanent records, following accepted medical and legal standards.
* Provide case management through triaging, referrals, reporting, and telephone contact with patients and their families, as well as outside agencies.
