Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at Hyve Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new target customers, deliver proposals, and work through deployment from sample to MP with coordinated Hyve teams.
  • Focusing on building solid relationships within defined accounts to achieve sales quotas and profitability forecasts.
  • Designing and executing sales account business plans by implementing short- and long-term sales programs and promotions within accounts to increase profitable sales.
  • Recommending new configurations and solutions to support customer-specific requirements.
  • Partnering with vendors to sample evaluation units, understand technical applications, and validate hardware/software solutions.
  • Delivering presentations and developing key business relationships internal and external to the business.
  • Facilitating programs and promotions key to increasing account activity and opportunity.
  • Playing a key role in increasing market share for the company's products and services.

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area, and a minimum of 7 years of directly related sales and/or business development experience in the field. A majority of the experience should be spent actively selling to major accounts with a well-developed contact list. Solid knowledge and understanding of marketing and/or business management are essential in this position.
