**Job Summary**
Perpetual Labor Sourcing is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly/Disassembly Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving and breaking down old compressors, reassembling them with new sub-components, and preparing them for delivery to our valued customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Disassemble old compressors and organize sub-components for scrapping or re-use
- Assemble sub-components in accordance with compressor builds or specifications
- Ensure all parts, accessories, and workstations are clean and serviceable
- Operate hand and power tools, including wrenches, ratchets, and air guns
- Work in a manufacturing/industrial environment, lifting materials and products up to 50 pounds
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly or disassembly
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
