How you will contribute to our success:

  • Develop and manage construction budgets, schedules, safety, and quality controls.
  • Determine material, subcontractor, and labor requirements.
  • Oversee the buy-out of jobs within an approved construction budget of less than $5,000.00.
  • Assist in the buy-out of jobs in excess of $5,000.00.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate superintendents.
  • Conduct regular safety and quality inspections.
  • Assist in solving complex construction and code problems, as well as subcontractor relations issues.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including the jobsite safety program.
  • For assigned jobs:
    • Create Planning Lines.
    • Set up budget and manage financials, including forecasting.
    • Set up POs and COs.
    • Participate in pre-construction meetings, inspect jobsites weekly, and produce weekly reports.
    • Verify change orders are documented, and ensure customer satisfaction through job completion.
    • Assist in facilitating collections as needed.
    • Attend EPC Calls and job kick-off meetings.
    • Facilitate monthly forecasting projects.
    • Create reports on financial health of projects.
    • Oversee buyout for each project and cultivate healthy relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries and complaints.
  • Advise the General Manager of problems with staff and projects.
  • Create increased profitability through creative cost-saving measures.
  • Participate in the emergency on-call rotation and manage the BUCU process and equipment.
  • Practice safe driving and encourage direct reports to do likewise.
