Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Sevita. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide essential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide services in residential, vocational, or in-home settings, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Conduct assessments, observations, and reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with families, guardians, and case managers to ensure comprehensive support and advocacy.
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
  • Two years of related experience, with training in behavior modification techniques and/or experience providing behavior management treatment.
  • Knowledge of specialized populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, or mental health conditions.
  • Reliable, responsible, and caring nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
