Job Summary

Vanderbilt University Medical Center is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist II PRN Pediatrics Home Care professional to join our team. As a key member of our home care services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, cognition, fluency, auditory (re)habilitation, and swallowing/oral feeding disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and families to promote understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Speech Pathologist in Tennessee.
  • ASHA Certification in Speech Pathology.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in pediatric speech pathology.
  • Valid driver's license.
