What would you look forward to in this role?
- Responsible for ensuring the efficiency and skill development of Production Team Members in our Medical department.
- Collaborating with the Training and Development Manager and the Operations team to design and develop comprehensive training programs for Production Team Members.
- Facilitate hands on training sessions to familiarize new hires with product, equipment, and processes.
- Create and maintain training materials, work instructions, and visual aids that align with standard operating procedures, cGMP and Safety guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback to operators and work with them to address any identified areas for improvement.
- Partner with Shift Supervisors to review and approve final training records, administer competency tests, and provide recommendation on transition to the next level for the team member's role.
- Identify Skill gaps and partner with the Shift Leads, Business Unit Managers HR and Training and Development Manager to develop targeted training.
- Act as a liaison between the production floor and the training department to facilitate effective communication.
- Facilitate a positive overall experience for new hires.
- Develop and promote positive working relationships with all Manufacturing.
- Accurately maintain all required training documents and records.
