About This Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Women's Health Account Manager to support healthcare providers treating patients with Post-Partum Depression (PPD). In this field-based role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining critical relationships with OB/GYNs, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric NPs/PAs, Primary Care, and other allied health professionals.

You will leverage account management competencies to increase screening of PPD, driving PPD-focused initiatives, and impact PPD treatment pathways in affiliated health groups and systems. The Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales plans for their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain critical relationships with healthcare providers
  • Leverage account management competencies to increase screening of PPD
  • Drive PPD-focused initiatives and impact PPD treatment pathways
  • Develop and execute sales plans for assigned territory
Requirements
  • 5+ years of pharma, specialty, hospital, and/or biotech sales experience
  • Strong Women's Health and launch experience
  • History of success in an Account Management/Group Practice/GPO Role
  • Experience with Specialty Pharmacy
  • Proven track record of success as demonstrated by consistent high ranking
