About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Branch Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our field staff and reporting directly to the Agency Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of field staff to ensure high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective clinical operations strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the Agency Administrator to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with our company's mission and values.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the position is based.
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience within the last 36 months.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines is required.
