About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Building Automation Systems Specialist to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for monitoring, operating, maintaining, and repairing various controls systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and operate distributed automation systems to ensure proper operation
  • Maintain and repair various controls systems, including HVAC, communication networking, and electrical distribution
  • Provide internal technical support and training to Mercy co-workers
  • Utilize exceptional customer service and communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of direct relevant experience
  • Valid Driver's License for all Mercy locations
  • 4 or more years of commercial experience working with BAS systems, HVAC, computer networking, electronic systems, or Electrical distribution
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 or more years of training in a Technical or Vocational School
  • 5 or more years of commercial experience working with BAS systems, HVAC, computer networking, electronic systems, or Electrical distribution within a healthcare or similar environment
