Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that they are in good working condition and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of technicians and mechanics to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and repaired in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or problems and take corrective action as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
