Administrative Quality Control Specialist

The Quality Assurance Administrator plays a vital role in the continuous evaluation of the quality of organization-wide data. This position supports the daily functions of the department, which includes generating analytical reports and addressing any issues that arise. Responsibilities also encompass the management of departmental documentation and the organization of meetings. The Quality Assurance Administrator will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular assessments of various data elements as assigned, including performing quality evaluations on existing data and identifying any missing documentation.
- Oversee all review and audit activities, which includes scheduling review dates, providing technical support during audits, and generating relevant reports.
- Handle incoming phone calls, ensuring proper screening and transferring as necessary.
- Maintain calendars, notes, files, and overall organizational systems, including the retrieval and distribution of mail and faxes.
- Gather information as requested from records, emails, minutes, and other pertinent documents; prepare written summaries when necessary.
- Address and resolve administrative inquiries and questions effectively.
- Coordinate and arrange travel, meetings, and appointments for management or as directed by supervisors.
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings, ensuring all participants are informed.
- Document and distribute minutes or other records from meetings.
- Manage office supplies and oversee the maintenance of office equipment.
- Comply with organizational policies and procedures, supporting the agency's mission, vision, and values, including participation in internal surveys and data collection for ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Preferred Associate's degree in business, education, human services, or a related field; a minimum of a High School diploma is required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field or office environment is necessary.
- Ability to conduct independent research as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- Capable of working autonomously and in a team-oriented environment in a dynamic and fast-paced culture. Highly effective in navigating ambiguity.
- Must demonstrate adaptability and sensitivity to organizational needs, goodwill, and public image.
- Ability to read cursive writing is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to engage with a diverse population, both economically and culturally.
- $19.61-$21.08 per hour.
- Compensation is based on educational background and relevant work experience.
