Marketing Project Manager Job Description

HSP Direct, a leading direct mail fundraising agency, is seeking a skilled Marketing Project Manager to join our marketing production team. The ideal candidate will own the project schedule and production of 20 to 30 direct mail projects each month, ensuring high quality, low cost, and efficient time to market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage concept development and execution for each direct mail package in collaboration with account teams.
  • Ensure client vision is successfully portrayed while managing budget and timelines of each project.
  • Build relationships with internal and external partners to impact overall project success.
  • Ensure accurate copy and superior quality through proofing process.
  • Provide creative input during all stages of production and pre-production.
  • Analyze campaign results to highlight findings and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Cultivate knowledge of direct mailing formats and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong desire to pursue knowledge and provide value to the role.
  • Initiative in creating a path that impacts client's fundraising goals.
  • Flexibility with tight deadlines and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Client advocate mentality.
