Marketing and Communications Associate

ASBO International is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the successful implementation of our marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing logistics, and contributing to cross-functional projects as directed.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional project coordination and time management skills, with the ability to perform in a deadline-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Superior written and oral communication skills are essential, as well as a positive and proactive attitude, working well independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
The successful applicant will have one to two years of professional experience in the Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, with proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience working with iMIS RiSE or similar website content management systems, as well as Google Analytics for web tracking and reporting, is highly desirable.
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining ASBO International's website, coordinating content updates, and processing advertisements. They will also provide technical support for the online member community, including content/document sharing and pulling analytical reports.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with all aspects of marketing initiatives, providing support wherever needed to ensure the successful execution of the marketing team's projects and campaigns.
- Build and manage email marketing communications using Informz and provide analytics.
- Maintain ASBO International's website, coordinate content updates, and process advertisements.
- Provide technical support for ASBO International's online member community, including content/document sharing and pulling analytical reports.
- Work with providers to identify and address any technical issues that arise.
- Work with the marketing team to create, track, and analyze content for various social media channels.
- One to two years of professional experience in the Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Exceptional project coordination and time management skills.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude, working well independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience working with iMIS RiSE or similar website content management systems.
- Understanding of basic HTML coding, preferred but not required.
- Experience working with Informz or other email marketing software.
- Experience working with Google Analytics for web tracking and reporting.
