Job Title: Data Optimization Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Optimization Director to join our team at Equus Workforce Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive performance management framework to track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management framework to track and evaluate KPIs.
  • Establish data governance processes and standards to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of performance data.
  • Support the development and implementation of advanced analytics and predictive modeling techniques to uncover actionable insights and drive performance improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of performance issues and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop performance improvement initiatives and action plans based on data-driven insights.
  • Design and produce regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the performance management and data analytics teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and performance management, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to build data analytics capabilities across the organization.
  • Develop and provide data for the business development team in support of company growth and expansion.
  • Conduct ongoing review and analysis of federal and state policies and regulations and develop or participate in teams that develop new and/or updated training materials, tool kits, and standard operating procedure templates related to performance.
  • Support efforts to retain and secure new business through participation in conferences, events, meetings, preparation of proposals, and oral presentations as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, data analytics, statistics, or a related field; master's degree preferred; or an equivalent combination of experience and education demonstrating applied skills.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance management, with demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, build relationships, and drive change in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience conducting research on program policy and ability to translate to operational activities resulting in positive performance.
  • Experience working in the public workforce system with knowledge of WIOA, TANF, and other federal employment programs is preferred.
