The ideal candidate will possess relevant training or coursework and demonstrate flexibility, responsibility, high motivation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to safety regulations, policies, and procedures; intervene in unsafe practices of others and oneself.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team to complete work assignments.
  • Assist the shift lead in addressing outstanding tasks.
  • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment, including full-body protective attire, commonly referred to as "Bunny Suits."
  • Comprehend customer service principles and the significance of client satisfaction.
  • Recognize the importance of reporting systems and environmental considerations.
  • Maintain a static-free environment.
  • Work in confined spaces as required.
  • Provide coverage during staff shortages.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience, preferably in a GMP or critical space environment, or equivalent training, including medical assistant coursework.
  • Comfortable wearing a "Bunny Suit" for extended periods of 6-7 hours during shifts and working in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the assigned shift.

Essential Skills:

  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, along with comprehension abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) and general computer skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail in tracking and recording information.
  • Able to work in confined spaces while wearing the cleanroom "Bunny Suit."
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory; proficiency in English is necessary for training purposes.

Compensation: $16.50 per hour

Shift: Night Shift
