  • Mentor team leads to develop into future leaders at Schneider Electric, promoting a positive, diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
  • Adjust Material Providing and Handling (MPH) programs based on customer priorities.
  • Ensure accuracy in inventory and conduct monitoring and analysis of logistics expenses.
  • Facilitate problem-solving, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for quality, safety, and production challenges.
  • Oversee people management, including resource allocation, goal setting, performance evaluation, attendance tracking, skill development, recognition, engagement, and well-being initiatives.
  • Manage logistics processes for receiving goods, inventory stocking, order picking, and shipping of finished products and waste materials.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within operations in accordance with Schneider Performance System standards.
  • Lead change initiatives utilizing lean principles with a focus on 5S methodology and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Operations or Distribution.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, results-oriented, with effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experienced in resolving issues and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with or experience in a lean operational environment.
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated initiative to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
