This role is responsible for processing supplier invoices, auditing, and providing support to departments and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to build customer relationships, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process supplier invoices against purchase order detail and conduct audits.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to departments and suppliers.
  • Research and resolve complex supplier payment issues.
  • Perform routine and ad hoc administrative tasks in support of the procurement function.
  • Serve as an informational resource for departments and other departments in identifying appropriate vendors and suppliers.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests, explaining policies and procedures.
  • Monitor procurement processes and communicate issues with supervisor to inform decisions.
  • Oversee inventory of necessary items and coordinate reorder, inventory receipt, and/or returns as needed.
  • Prepare reports to monitor outstanding procurement documents and payments.
Qualifications

Combinations of related education and experience may be considered. Education beyond the minimum required may be substituted for work experience. Work experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted for education.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)
  • 4 years in relevant field

Working Conditions / Demands
