The Role
We are seeking a Lifestyle 360 Director who will spearhead our innovative activities program tailored for seniors, grounded in Maslow's hierarchy of needs and the five dimensions of wellness: physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual.
Key Responsibilities
As the Lifestyle 360 Director, you will:
- Project Management: Design, schedule, and execute engaging activity plans for our residents.
- Event Coordination: Organize and facilitate outings that resonate with residents' interests, as identified by the 360 Associate team.
- Transportation: Ensure residents are safely transported to and from scheduled events using community vehicles.
- Communication: Create and maintain a detailed monthly calendar of events, ensuring it is displayed professionally for residents.
- Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, food service, and administrative departments to enhance resident programming quality.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate or Bachelor's degree in human services or recreation therapy is preferred.
- State licensure or registration, if applicable.
- Eligibility for state certification as an activity director is preferred.
- A valid state Driver's License or Chauffeur's license, as required.
- First Aid Certification is desirable.
- Experience working with older adults in a group setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in personal computer applications relevant to the role.
