About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, replacing filters, and performing minor repairs.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including restrooms, dining areas, and the kitchen.
  • Perform exterior maintenance tasks, including cleaning and maintaining the building, parking lot, and landscaping.
  • Filter oil fryers daily and clean equipment, stock rooms, and restrooms.
  • Unload delivery trucks 2-3 times a week and clean grills and other kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain the Shake Machine and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
Requirements
  • Ability to remain on your feet for several hours at a time.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity, as it pertains to pressing, grabbing, pushing.
  • Ability to communicate and read.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching.
  • Use of basic power tools.
