Nova Medical Centers is seeking a Clinical Office Assistant to join our team in El Paso East. As a Clinical Office Assistant, you will provide direct patient care and perform various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.

We offer a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $45,000 per year, paid time off, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K with matching, and growth opportunities.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
  • Perform tasks such as drug screen collections, diagnostic testing, preparing specimens, injections, and blood draws under the guidance of our Medical Providers
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, checking in and outpatients, filing, and record processing

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or equivalent required
  • Preferred enrollment in a MA, CNA, EMT, Nursing or related program
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills in both verbal and written form
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership, time management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
