**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor compliance with OSHA standards and notify the Plant Manager of any non-compliant practices.
  • Implement and maintain Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs.
  • Coordinate corrective action with Inspection Line Leads and brief the Plant Manager on any issues.
  • Review inspection reports and seed logs for quality and conformance to procedures.
  • Monitor secure storage of site-approved cleaning products and ensure MSD sheets are posted.
  • Implement a 'Deep Cleaning' schedule for the warehouse perimeter and equipment.
  • Conduct SSOP and GMP training for new hires and maintain training forms and logs.
  • 'Fill-in' on the inspection line as needed.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Admin to monitor project progress.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor all work being performed, providing immediate performance feedback as required.

**Requirements**

  • 3-5 years of experience as a production supervisor in the food industry.
  • Knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Good communication skills, negotiation, planning, scheduling, and people management abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of 5s methodology.
