Our HVAC/R Technicians play a crucial role in enhancing our profession, image, and reputation. We are committed to delivering the highest level of customer service. Our HVAC/R Technicians are responsible for performing service repairs, equipment maintenance, and replacements for our clients as needed, around the clock. Min Compensation: USD $28.00/Hr. Max Compensation: USD $40.00/Hr. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the highest level of technical expertise, quality, value, and integrity to our clients
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration systems for commercial clients
  • Diagnose and rectify electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems
  • Travel to job sites within the service area and collaborate with dispatch to ensure schedules are maintained and any delays are communicated to clients
  • Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to address emergency needs of our clients
  • Maintain the company vehicle, equipment, and electronics in good working order
  • Keep stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment organized in the vehicle
  • Document service details and parts provided to clients electronically through iPad applications
  • Diagnose various service issues, procure necessary replacement parts, calibrate systems to manufacturer specifications, and articulate the need for and value of recommended solutions
  • Engage in company-provided training opportunities
  • Identify and report potential opportunities for additional business (new units/systems, PM contracts, and additional services)
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
  • 2+ years of recent HVAC/R Technician field experience
  • Must reside within 30 miles of the job location
  • Valid driver's license
  • EPA Certificate
  • Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
  • Knowledge of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills for iPad and cell phone communication and documentation
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays if required
