Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain HR content, including knowledge articles, work instructions, and other relevant materials.
  • Streamline the employee manager interfacing portal, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Prepare and implement ServiceNow HR content, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage knowledge assessments and maintain governance on a daily basis.
  • Optimize knowledge and integrate it with AI, ensuring it is easily digestible and actionable.
  • Conduct content/knowledge testing, migrating content from Salesforce to ServiceNow.
  • Verify articles and ensure updated content, maintaining stakeholder communication.
  • Review and manage HR knowledge articles, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support the payroll, benefits, and employee relations team to merge HR content.
  • Focus on knowledge analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR content management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
