Job Summary

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage Group, you will be responsible for creatively showcasing our brands through building displays, managing inventory, and product placement. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock and rotate shelves, build displays, and manage point-of-sale materials to deliver results for stores and suppliers.
  • Build strong relationships with key account customers and obtain feedback on merchandising activities. Share feedback with the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits brands and products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor.

Requirements

  • 21 years or older to apply, high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Able to work occasional weekends.
  • Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.
