Position Overview

The Food and Beverage division at Bellevue Club is currently seeking a dependable and diligent Host to become part of our Splash dining team. We are in search of a professional and collaborative individual who can manage high-volume service, effectively multitask, and uphold a standard of professionalism even in demanding situations. Previous experience in a hosting role is advantageous. This is a part-time opportunity with potential for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prompt and courteous food and beverage service to our members and guests.
  • Complete all pre-meal preparation tasks.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu and effectively respond to guest inquiries regarding menu items and daily specials.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Efficiently manage the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area.
  • Present checks to guests and accurately process payments.
  • Perform all closing duties as required.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
  • Lunch: Monday to Friday 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Dinner: Monday to Sunday 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Brunch: Saturday to Sunday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit and Washington State Liquor and Class 12 Mixologist Permit.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Ability to perform the physical tasks required during full-service shifts.
