Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with engineering and product teams to assess, estimate, modify, and execute complex functionalities.
- Contribute to the Agile development framework, participating in sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
- Conduct code evaluations to maintain high standards of code quality and adherence to industry best practices.
- Enhance application performance and scalability.
- Maintain rigorous standards of code quality, implementing best practices such as unit and integration testing, ensuring service quality meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow engineers, promoting skill enhancement and best practices across the team.
- Foster a product-centric engineering culture, collaborating closely with product management to understand the product deeply, evaluate trade-offs, and gather early feedback to inform development.
Essential Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly AWS, for effective management and optimization of cloud infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core and C# for building robust, scalable applications, alongside expertise in React JS for developing dynamic user interfaces.
- Familiarity with gRPC to facilitate efficient, high-performance inter-service communication.
- Expertise in modern web technologies, including advanced CSS techniques.
- Experience in establishing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to catch errors early and uphold high code quality standards.
- Knowledge of SignalR and WebRTC for implementing real-time communication features.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and iterative development, to ensure responsive project delivery.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing code quality.
- Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product owners, to achieve project objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of setting clear and concise expectations.
