About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at AEG. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling season tickets, group tickets, luxury suite rentals, and hospitality areas to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and renew season tickets, mini-plans, group tickets, single-game suites, hospitality areas, and special events
  • High-volume outbound calling and prospecting to identify new sales opportunities
  • Set appointments, show seats, and give ballpark tours to potential clients
  • Represent the organization at in-house ballpark events and off-site community events
  • Prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities, including provided leads
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all season-ticket customers and prospects in our CRM system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone and during games and events
  • Attend regular meetings and actively participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on sales strategies and techniques
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience as a successful sales professional
  • Strong desire to be a sales industry leader and a commitment to personal integrity
  • Ability to comfortably and persuasively present sales material to potential clients
  • At least 1-2 years of related ticket sales experience with a professional sports team, preferably in a sales leadership role
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team player and maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in basic computer software programs
