Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing coaching, assessment, and training to personnel and field teams in landscape construction service performance.
  • Conducting inspections of field operations; identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Overseeing the labor force to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Maintaining precise daily and weekly activity logs; updating production reports and generating associated documentation.
  • Coordinating labor and equipment dispatch to various job sites.
  • Managing the utilization, storage, and upkeep of equipment.
  • Ensuring that construction services align with contract specifications, budget, and timelines.
  • Surpassing customer expectations and requirements.
  • Fostering a safe working environment and promoting ethical practices.

You May Be a Suitable Candidate If You Possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in landscape, concrete, irrigation, and construction sectors.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing construction production teams at a General Contractor level.
  • A Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in customer service.
