Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing guest inquiries and requests
  • Managing guest reservations, including modifications and cancellations
  • Communicating available hotel amenities and services
  • Providing information about local attractions and points of interest
  • Assisting guests with their arrivals and departures
  • Handling front desk phone inquiries
  • Managing cash transactions

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong mathematical, reading, and communication skills
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
